This request is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Jackie. Reservation requests will be reviewed and confirmed during office hours. Please be prompt when returning any borrowed items back to the office. You will be informed if the item has been reserved by another agent within 1 day of your rental day to make sure the items are returned in time for the next agent.
