I have worked for a leading global automotive supplier (Prince/Johnson Controls) for 25 years, assisting teammates and external customers in the following roles, Receptionist, IT Asset Management, Executive Assistant and Purchasing Assistant. I feel, with the extensive knowledge that I have gained working in the Automotive industry, often unstable at times, has given me the knowledge to stay focused and dedicated, with the #1 goal of Customer Satisfaction.
My expertise would fall under Customer Service as I would assist others in meeting their goals. What made my job satisfying was to hear feedback that I delivered excellent customer service making them feel that they were my only focus, and if I wasn’t able to help them directly, I would lead them to the correct source, never leaving them hanging. I believe creating relationships where trust, confidence and dedication with everyone is very important, I would listen to my customers’ needs and carry through with their requests in a timely fashion and in many cases, exceeding their expectations.
From 2010 to 2016 I was the Company’s Team Captain for the American Diabetes Association, helping to raise over $100,000+ towards the fight against Diabetes.
I have lived in wonderful West Michigan all my life, born and raised in Hudsonville, now residing in Jenison.
I am passionate towards family. In 2014, my husband Doug and I became Licensed Foster parents, and fostered our ‘grandchildren’ Dakota and Liam. In 2017, we adopted our son, Liam, who is now 5 years old. We have 4 grown children, son Derek/Melissa, baby boy Brayden due 2/19, son Jeremy/Amber, granddaughter Emma, son Trevor/Marissa and daughter Elizabeth/Jared, grandson Cameron. Our weekends and vacations are filled with love and laughter with our family.
