Jodie Karrip

Jodie has a wealth of experience in the Real Estate Industry. In 1999 she began her work in Real Estate as a mortgage processor and originator; in 2009 she started working with family’s and Realtors becoming a Short Sale Specialist. In 2010 she started working with an agent behind the scenes as her assistant. In 2014 she finally decided to take the Real Estate Licensing Exam, so she could continue to help family’s in their search for a place to call home. Jodie has always enjoyed helping others with over 30 years in healthcare and spending the last 10 of those as a healthcare instructor. She wears many hats, but all have involved the care of people.

Jodie also knows what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck and work multiple jobs to support her own family as a single parent. She understands what it takes to help people with their dream of home ownership. Her kids are grown and working to achieve their own dreams now, but don’t worry, she has recently gotten married and has her husband and a furry friend to keep her company. Jodie loves spending time with family, sports, movies, music, and trying new restaurants. She is a Grand Rapids native who has spent her life exploring all that Grand Rapids and surrounding areas have to offer. She looks forward to being a part of this new adventure with you!
