Kris (Karen) Lawton

My name is Kristine Lawton. I recently decided to join the 616 Realty team because of their excellent reputation for integrity, and community involvement. I also appreciate the fact that 616 is a locally owned and operated real estate Brokerage with a unique understanding of West Michigan and its citizens.

I moved full time to the Grand Rapids area 7 years ago, originally from the Rocky Mountain area of The US. I have continued my career here as a real estate investor/agent and home renovator and seller. I enjoy sharing with others my passion and experience in real estate, and the life changing aspects of real estate ownership.  I am here to help clients either present the best side of a property they wish to sell, find that perfect spot, or diamond in the rough to restore to its former glory. Finding a solid investment property for clients is another area of my expertise.
