Michael Face
I’m Michael, both a dedicated REALTOR® and a licensed builder at 616 Realty LLC, and I specialize in helping military veterans like myself find the perfect homes by navigating and using their VA benefits and entitlements. I’m also a licensed residential builder and contractor, which adds another layer of expertise to my work in the housing market. I loved running my own business in Wyoming, and now that I have come back home to Michigan I have been combining all of my experiences together to provide the best solutions for my clients.
I have 14 years of military service under my belt. I started and served 5 years active duty in the United States Army as a combat paratrooper and electronic communications technician, then a combined 3 years with the Michigan, Illinois, and Colorado Army National Guards. Completing my final term of service with 6 years in the US Navy, starting as a Nuclear Reactor Operator and ending as an Aviation Electronics Technician focusing on miniature and microminiature electronics repair.
I earned my Associate’s degree in Applied Science and Technical Studies with a specialization in Nuclear Technology from Excelsior College.
Now I live back in Northwest, Michigan, as I’m originally from Howard City. I love blending my building, technical, and leadership skills together to guide my clients smoothly through the real estate journey.
