For as long as Nick Henderson can remember, he’s had a passion for both the housing and real estate markets. As a child, Nick’s father frequently flipped houses, exposing Nick at a very young age to the real estate industry. As an adult, his passion only increased after he himself went through the home buying process. Nick is thrilled and humbled to now have a career as a Realtor in West Michigan and help other people find their dream homes in this growing and thriving community.
One challenge Nick faced when starting in real estate industry was finding the right reality team. Nick wanted a team of experts who shared his passion for real estate, his dedication to delivering excellent customer service and track record of success. Nick found the perfect partner when he joined the 616 Reality.
Outside of the office, you can often find Nick on the lacrosse field. Nick coaches lacrosse at Forest Hills Northern school district, and he believes that giving back to the community is extremely important. The sport of lacrosse provided Nick with a lot of opportunities and guidance while growing up, and he feels it is only right to invest his time into the next generation of players. Nick believes that coaching doesn’t just happen during practice and games, but also off the playing field helping them through problems at home and at school. The majority of his time is focused on the development of the whole person, not just the athlete.
Nick was born and raised in East Grand Rapids, and he has always considered Grand Rapids home. Nick lived in Australia for a short period of time, and during that time, it became apparent that Grand Rapids is where he belonged and that real estate was the profession he wanted to pursue. In his free time, he enjoys taking care of his dogs, spending time with friends and family and coaching lacrosse.
