Hello, I’m Paul Marandet, your local Grand Rapids Realtor®! I am a Warsaw, Indiana native, and my journey led me to Spring Arbor University, where I not only pursued my education but also excelled as an All American basketball player from 2016-2020.

In 2023, I made the vibrant City of Grand Rapids my home. Currently, I wear multiple hats as a Project Manager at Huyser Asphalt and a Varsity Basketball Coach at Forest Hills Central High School. These roles have ingrained me the values of discipline, dedication, teamwork, and project completion – principles I will bring to the table for your real estate goals.
