Contact Scot Kellogg
In 2011, Scot Kellogg founded 616 REALTY, a brokerage focused on giving agents tools and resources to grow their businesses and providing clients with genuine, positive real estate experiences with experts in the business.
Born into a family of builders, Scot’s passion for all things real estate was instilled early. As a local builder, homeowner, agent, and broker, Scot has had a 360° view of the industry here in West Michigan. Those experiences drive his focus and contribute to his positive and supportive leadership style which has grown the brokerage from a few agents to 80+ and made it one of the best in the state.
With over 20 years in real estate, Scot understands the needs and desires of 616 agents. By providing mentorship experiences and opportunities for agents to learn from one another and grow their businesses, he has created a culture that is centered on realness and trust, that is both professional and familial, and that helps everyone accomplish more together than they could alone.
In an industry that is constantly changing, Scot has a passion and desire for continued learning. He constantly strives to innovate, inspire, and implement new and better practices at the brokerage that help improve the client experience and help agents accomplish their goals.
A part of the Greater Regional Alliance of REALTORS® (GRAR), a graduate of Leadership Grand Rapids (LGR) 2023, and a member of multiple local neighborhood associations, Scot is always seeking opportunities to stay up to date on market fluctuations as well as contribute to the betterment of the communities where he works and resides and where 616 REALTY’s clients call home.
In addition to his status as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Scot has also earned the Diversity, Equity, Fair Housing, Inclusion (DEFI) Designation, Master of Brokerage Principles (MBP) Designation, NAR Green Designation, and the NAR Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR) Designation.
When Scot isn’t providing agents and clients with the best customer service possible, he is spending quality family time with his two boys and his wife as well as supporting the local music scene.
