Eco or Green Features

If you see listings on the MLS from time to time where the listing remarks reference eco or green features and that is unfamiliar to you. Please view the Green/Sustainability Glossary that was initially created by the Green Home Institute but has been updated a bit by a local group of experts working on a proposed Green Features Statement. The Glossary itself is still a work in progress, but could serve as a great starting point for you as you seek to learn more about these features.
