FlexMLS Document Permissions

There are currently four types of document permissions: Public, ALL REALTORS, Data Share, and Broker/MLS staff. Below is the explanation of each document permission and where they will be distributed.

Public: This document is publicly available on websites and portals.

Data Share: This document is available to ALL REALTORS and in data shares such as 
Realcomp, Greater Lansing MLS, MiRealSource, etc.

ALL REALTORS: This document is only available in the MichRIC System.

Broker/MLS Staff: This document is available to the MLS office as well as brokerage admin staff.
