How do I determine if a particular address of my new listing is located in a flood zone?

There is a map overlay on our Flex MLS that will help you make this determination. Access it using these steps:

• Click on Quick Search

• Click on ‘MAP’ on the upper right side of the screen

• Click on the Overlays dropdown menu

• Select FEMA Flood Zones

• Simply zoom in on the location (this works for any address, even if it is not your listing)
