Listing showing on the MLS but not showing on Zillow
Reasons for listings showing on the MLS but not showing on other websites.
Reason #1 – Seller “claimed” their house/property on Zillow in the past
The seller probably claimed their house/property on Zillow in the past and technically “manage” the Zillow listing. They will need to release their ownership on their claim for their property to be able to sync to the MLS listing. Otherwise, the facts of their property will not match and therefore it doesn’t sync with the MLS listing of it. Directions on how your sellers can do that is below!

Reason #2 – Incorrect boxes checked or unchecked on FlexMLS listing input
When you go to edit your listing information on FlexMLS, under the “Broker Distribution” tab there are boxes for opting out and where the listing is seen. This problem would occur if any of the “Seller Opt-Out” boxes are checked or also if any of the places the listing can be seen under the Broker Listing Distribution Options are unchecked.
