MichRIC Data Share Access
MichRIC® has data share agreements with The Water Wonderland Board of REALTORS®, MiRealSource, RealComp and The Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS®. This data can also be accessed directly through Flexmls, giving MichRIC® agents access to over 30,000 listings. The data share agreement includes Cooperation, Compensation, and IDX.
Compensation Cooperation
Please see the member area on what kind of agreement we have with them, prior to showing any listings. Because most of the Boards are a data share only arrangement, please make sure your broker negotiates the terms of the compensation arrangement with the listing broker IN WRITING prior to showing the property. If working in an area that offers data sharing only, please use this form WEST_MICHIGAN_REGIONAL_COOPERATION_AGREEMENT to negotiate compensation before showing a property.
ACCESS OTHER MLS’s DATA WITH FLEXMLS
Agents wanting to view the data share listings can do so by selecting their desired MLS Search option under the Quick Search feature in Flexmls.
You can search the following MLS’s directly through Flex.
ACCESS OTHER MLS’s DATA WITH NARRPR
Some Data Share agreements provide their MLS listing data that is only accessible through NARRPR. These boards include:
- Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS®
- Clare Gladwin Board of REALTORS®
- Jackson
- Northern Great Lakes REALTORS® (CMAR/TAAR)
- Paul Bunyan Association of REALTORS®
- Upper Peninsula Association of REALTORS®
To access the information you would need to log into the NARRPR site, if you have never been on the site or created a free login please go to: www.narrpr.com, click on create new account, it will ask you for your last name and NRDS #. Once you are logged in you are able to search for other MLS’s Data.
When you first log into RPR, change the search to all property types, and enter (example) Grand Rapids, MI
Once the search comes up you can search by the Sold date.
