REALIST – Alternative to BSA

You may not be utilizing Realist, available within Flex, to its full capacity where you wouldn’t need to get the info from BS&A. Realist has property information for all properties – not just those listed on the MLS. Log into Flexmls. Click on MENU in the top left corner. Go to the TAXES section and click on Realist Tax Info. Once at that screen, click on Change County and select the county in which the property is located (see right for example):

Input either the address or the MLS number and Realist will provide all of the public information and more! The REPORT option brings up the following tabs across the top:
