What do I do if I discover that an agent is using my listing photos or property descriptions?

Please use the Report Violations Tool in the upper right-hand corner of the page report on the MLS to let GRAR Staff know of the copyright violation. Staff will remove the photos and remind the listing agent/broker of the following policy: Any copyrightable material from a listing that is expired, pending, withdrawn, or sold, (including photographs, listing comments, floor plans, drawings, etc.) is not transferable to another broker or agent, without written permission of the broker or agent who provided or created the copyrightable material. A fine of $50 shall be assessed for violations of this policy.
