Why isn’t lot rent a required field?
This new policy from GRAR enables GRAR members to compete with members of other Associations who are already adding manufactured homes in parks to our regional database. There might be MLS field changes as we further wrap our arms around the ins and outs of these properties. For now, agents are welcome to add the monthly lot rent to the public marketing remarks. GRAR’s MLS Policy does require that the park’s bylaws/rules are either uploaded as an attached document or accessible via a link in the public marketing remarks. This will enable buyers to determine lot rent.
