Will the MLS accept a listing for a mobile home in a park?

No. The listing must include real property. In the case of a mobile home in a park, the mobile home is considered personal property and the lot that it sits on is leased, not owned. There might be an association or two within our regional MLS that will accept a listing without real estate attached, so you might encounter such a listing from time to time, but GRAR’s MLS rules do not permit those listings. It is also important to keep in mind that there are licensing requirements for selling mobile homes in parks.
