• Preparation of listing documents in dotloop
• Research county/city records and add to dotloop
• Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), including one within the school district and one within a 1-to-3 miles radius
• Order home photography & coordinate sign placement
• Broker Load to MLS – Includes uploading pictures to MLS, uploading documents, and writing the listing description
• Set up ShowingTime
• Order preliminary title work 
• Handle amendments throughout the listing period
• Submit for Broker Compliance Review

• End-to-end transaction support
• Introduction email to all parties 
• Manage dotloop and submission to Broker
• Manage MLS activities and tasks through closing
• Order title work and correspond with any requests
• Order any necessary inspections
    (home, well/septic, foundation, pest, etc.)
• Order survey and home warranty, if applicable
• Distribute documentation from inspections, title companies and lenders
• Prepare all addendums and obtain signatures
• Schedule closing and notify all relevant parties
• Notify Agent when Settlement Statement is ready for review
• Submit for final Broker Compliance Review
