Austin brings energy, enthusiasm, and a people-first mindset to her real estate career. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a focus on Professional Selling and a minor in Psychology, she understands both the strategy behind great service and the importance of building genuine relationships.

After graduating, Austin gained valuable experience in property management, working in leasing for over a year. That experience gave her a strong foundation in housing, client service, and the day-to-day realities of helping people find the right place to live. It also confirmed that real estate was the career she had always envisioned for herself.

Originally from Flint, Michigan, Austin has called Grand Rapids home for the past five and a half years. She loves the strong sense of community throughout West Michigan and is excited to help individuals and families find homes anywhere across the state. Austin believes the real estate process should feel comfortable, supportive, and personal. She encourages her clients to be open and honest so she can truly understand their goals and help guide them through every step.

Her goal is to be more than just an agent. Austin strives to be a trusted advisor and steady support through both the exciting and sometimes stressful moments of buying or selling a home. She is passionate about helping people find the place where their next chapter begins.

Outside of real estate, Austin enjoys coffee runs, walking her dogs, and spending time with friends and family playing board games.
