I may be new to the real estate industry, but I’m not new to guiding people through big, life-altering transitions. I earned my Michigan real estate license in February 2025, bringing with me a background as a yoga instructor — which means I know how to breathe through chaos, slow things down when needed, and keep people grounded when life feels overwhelming.
I specialize in residential real estate across West Michigan, with a deep passion for first-time buyers, families navigating transitions, and clients who need a trauma-aware, emotionally grounded approach. I also have a growing specialty in manufactured homes within park communities — an often-overlooked niche where strong advocacy, clarity, and respect truly matter.
From neighborhood charmers around Grand Rapids to hidden gems in manufactured home communities, my goal is always the same: to make the real estate process feel safe, empowering, and personal. While I’m a newly licensed REALTOR® without formal designations (for now), my strongest “certification” is real-life experience. I bring emotional intelligence, a trauma-informed mindset, strong analytical skills, and relentless client advocacy to every transaction. I jumped into the deep end right away — and I thrive there.
I proudly serve clients throughout West Michigan and have deep roots in Rockford. As a Rockford High School graduate (Class of 2001), I know the North, Northeast, and Northwest sides of Grand Rapids like the back of my hand. I’ve lived, worked, parented, and done life in these communities for decades — and I bring that lived-in local insight to every client. I know where the best sledding hills are, which parks feel peaceful after a hard day, and how the market is shifting block by block.
I understand that buying or selling a home isn’t always a celebration. Sometimes it’s a fresh start — and sometimes it’s a painful, complicated goodbye. Divorce, loss, financial pressure, and major family changes are real parts of this process. That’s why I approach every transaction with trauma-informed care, emotional sensitivity, and zero pressure to “just push through.” I slow down when you need it. I hold space when it’s hard. And I guide you forward without rushing your process. Even when certainty isn’t possible, you won’t face it alone.
Communication is one of my superpowers. I’m proactive, transparent, and an unapologetic over-communicator. Whether you want concise bullet points or need space to process out loud, I meet you where you are. I’ve successfully represented clients on both the buying and selling sides of the same transaction — coordinating timelines, inspections, negotiations, and emotions — and I’ve closed transactions 100% virtually for out-of-state buyers, serving as their boots on the ground and peace of mind from start to finish.
What I love most about the community I serve is the people — the weird coffee shop names, the secondhand stores, the moms at school drop-off who instantly know what kind of morning it’s been. West Michigan isn’t just where I live; it’s where I’ve grown, served, and done life in all its messy, beautiful stages. I stay connected through volunteering at my son’s school, supporting local businesses, and remaining active in the community I care so deeply about.
At the core of my work is this belief: real estate isn’t really about houses. It’s about stories, timing, and humans. I bring clarity, calm, and fierce advocacy to every transaction — with a side of sarcasm (the charming, therapeutic kind 😉). I show up fully, hold space for the hard stuff, and never forget that behind every transaction is a person who just wants to feel safe, seen, and supported.
Real. Resourceful. Relatable.
