Brandon Ryan

As a Grand Valley State Graduate and Football player, Brandon was truly introduced to West Michigan in 2001 and has been in love with it ever since. He obtained his Bachelors of science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Accounting. Building a sense of community has always been a focus for Brandon. Helping people find the neighborhood and community feeling that will best suit their needs and family comes naturally. He found a love for real estate working in the mortgage industry.

Throughout his stay in Michigan, Brandon has lived and owned property in different parts of the state, including Flint, Grand Blanc and Northern Michigan. The Greater Grand Rapids Area including, but not limited to, Kentwood, Cascade, Wyoming, Walker/Standale and Downtown Grand Rapids. Through this he has learned a great deal about the workings of West Michigan as a whole and the differing real estate markets.

Brandon has the privilege of raising his daughter Finley Rose and enjoying growing his family with his wife Becky. He recently has been taking on real estate investing properties, home projects and developing skills in building. He cheers on a few different athletic programs due to where his family, former teammates and coaches are now affiliated including PSU, LSU, GVSU and MSU. He enjoys working out, camping, reading, fishing and attending concerts.

With 616 Realty being locally owned and locally grown he was excited to join the team and knew that it was a place he would call home.
