Caring for my home buying and selling clients since 2004. I grew up in the small town of Chippewa Lake MI, attended Ferris State University and graduated with a B.S. degree in Printing Management. This took me to Los Angeles where I worked in the industry for 3 years before meeting my wife and moving back to Grand Rapids. We settled in Rockford, general contracted my own home and now have 3 beautiful girls. When not selling homes or watching my girls play sports, you’ll likely find me with a camera in my hand or grabbing a coffee with friends. My real estate career began with buying distressed properties, rehabbing them and flipping them for a profit. I was a part-time agent for several years while I was a work at home dad to my girls. In 2011, I decided to go full time helping people buy and sell homes. I consider most of my clients as friends and many of us keep in touch over the years. I really care for my clients and am always happy to help after the sale. This is why the vast majority of my business is now referrals and repeat clients. As of 2020, I now lead THE PALMER GROUP as a team of 3 including my licensed agent, friend, and teammate Korbin as well as my closing coordinator and general admin, Joni.
