After graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Finance, Elizabeth Williams spent four years as a credit analyst at GreenStone before embarking on a career in real estate. Elizabeth’s financial background has uniquely equipped her to help her real estate clients navigate the intricacies of lending. In a world where rates fluctuate, she can provide an objective viewpoint, helping clients understand the potential benefits and challenges in today’s market.

Her journey into real estate started when she purchased a condo shortly after graduation. To make ends meet, she rented it out. Since then, her husband and she started an exciting remodeling project in downtown Ada. Thanks to her husband’s expertise in construction, they have been able to bring their vision to fruition.

Elizabeth has always had a passion for helping people. She is known for being organized, communicative, and timely. Whether it’s making multiple phone calls, rearranging schedules for a showing, or serving as a personal advisor, Elizabeth will go the extra mile to make the real estate process seamless and enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to relocate, invest, sell, or find your forever home, Elizabeth can help you navigate West Michigan’s real estate landscape and make your real estate journey a success. Give her a call today!

When Elizabeth isn’t helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, you will find her at the shops, restaurants, and parks in Ada or basking in the sun with her husband at Torch Lake.

“When realizing I would possibly be buying a house across the state in a highly competitive housing market, I didn’t know what to expect. By sheer luck, my daughter found Elizabeth and she was wonderful to work with. Events happen fast. Offers have unrealistic deadlines and Elizabeth was always willing to go the extra distance for us. She could also recall details about houses we saw and this is important when you usually only get one showing before offers are due.”
