There’s something really special about helping someone find their place in West Michigan — and honestly, I don’t take it lightly. I’ve lived it. I packed up everything, moved cross-country with my family, and had to figure out a brand new city from scratch. I know what it feels like to pull up to a neighborhood and wonder could we actually build a life here? That experience is baked into everything I do for my clients.
As a mom, I’m naturally drawn to the details that matter for families — the neighborhoods where kids can actually play outside, the areas with good schools, the streets that feel safe and welcoming. But I also know that “family friendly” looks different for everyone. Some families want to be walking distance from local coffee shops and boutiques. Others want land, space, and room to breathe — a place where the kids can run and you can actually hear yourself think.
That’s what I love most about West Michigan. You don’t have to choose. You can have a thriving local food scene, incredible small businesses, and tight-knit neighborhoods — and still be twenty minutes from acreage, trees, and wide open space. It’s genuinely rare, and it’s one of the reasons I fell in love with this area.
Helping people find that balance — whatever it looks like for their family — is the part of this job that never gets old.
