Jennifer Bartlett
A native of Metro Detroit, Jennifer was immersed in an array of music, art and community from a young age, shaping her love for people, performance arts and creative pursuits. Traversing many subjects in college between OU and WMU, she recognized her desire to move away from a traditional career path and onto one that was more unconventional. Her zeal for music, poetry, animals, psychology and stimulating aesthetics ushered opportunities in entertainment, writing and creative expression all threading back to her desire for deep connection.
Becoming a cosmetologist in 2008 and relocating to Grand Rapids in 2010, she made bold moves to build her business from the ground up launching her into the world of freelance by 2013. While nurturing her relationships behind the chair, she honed her relational skills, building trust by listening intently and empathetically to the needs of her clients.
With extensive experience in customer service, she understands the emotional investment in buying or selling a home. Whether it’s exploring possibilities in staging, creating visually compelling marketing for listings or seeing hidden potential in properties, Jennifer is determined to help guide others with compassion and integrity.
As a published writer and a performance artist, she brings clear communication and confidence in networking and bridging connections. Her varied interests drive her to continuously learn, cultivate community and collaborate across disciplines.
Today she retreats to her home in the woods in Rockford, Michigan, surrounded by her four dogs and her Amazon parrot while enjoying Michigan’s beautiful trails with her lifetime collaborator.
