Staci Chambers
Staci brings a people-first approach to real estate, backed by over 16 years of experience serving the West Michigan community. Her career began at the YMCA, where she helped individuals reach their fitness goals, guided families in choosing the right childcare, and created spaces where lifelong friendships were built. As Director of Operations, she also led teams, developed staff, and managed the business side of the organization.
Since then, Staci has continued to grow her leadership experience, managing teams in both the boating industry and as a General Manager for a custom window treatment company. These roles strengthened her skills in communication, organization, and attention to detail—qualities that now directly benefit her real estate clients.
A West Michigan resident for over 35 years, with deep roots in Comstock Park, Lowell, and Cascade, Staci offers strong local insight paired with a genuine passion for helping people. She is known for truly listening to her clients, asking the right questions, and guiding them through every step of the process with clarity and care.
