Tim Hullinger

Tim is a West Michigan native, growing up in Sand Lake, Michigan and attending Cedar Springs Public Schools. After high school, Tim completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies with a History emphasis and a minor in Physical Education at Grand Valley State University. Upon graduation, he accepted a high school teaching position at Carson City-Crystal Area Schools. In 2005, Tim married his wife Lacey and they built a new home together in Cedar Springs. Throughout the next six years Tim became head of the social studies department at Carson City-Crystal and coached boys and girls basketball, cross country and track & field.

Although working with kids is still a great passion, Tim’s entrepreneurial spirit led him into the world of real estate in 2011. He began buying, rehabbing and renting single and multi family homes. After several years investing personally, Tim became a licensed Realtor®. Shifting his talents to utilize his educational strengths and communication skills toward helping others buy, sell and invest in residential and commercial properties. His focus is building relationships and helping people achieve their dreams in home-ownership regardless of the stage of life they are in. Tim has the heart of a teacher with a willingness to listen that resonates with others. His abundance of knowledge in home construction, land development, finance, and negotiating make him an excellent resource when buying or selling a home or property.

Tim, Lacey and their son, Keenen, currently reside in Cedar Springs. Their family attends Frost Creek Church and Tim serves on the executive board for En Gedi, a faith based after school program for 6-8^th grade students.

When he is not working with clients, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and friends, attending concerts, traveling, running marathons, reading, and coaching.
