Tina spent two decades assisting a general contractor in West Michigan. She was responsible for designing, decorating, and staging projects for Parade of Homes, resale, and flips. In addition to this work, Tina owned and operated a popular restaurant and a hair salon in Fremont, MI. In October 2021, she sold both businesses herself, igniting her passion for real estate.

 

Why does this matter? Well, as an entrepreneur herself, Tina knows firsthand how much work it takes to make your dreams come true. And she will go to great lengths to make that happen for her clients. Tina believes her drive and dedication to hard work – combined with an eye for design, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond – makes her an invaluable asset as a real estate agent.

 

After earning her real estate license in early 2022 and diving deep into researching local brokerage companies, Tina chose to join the team at 616 Realty due to the environment that’s both welcoming and casual, where agents build their own independent real estate practices. As an entrepreneur herself, Tina was very impressed with the Owner/Broker of 616 Realty, Scot Kellogg, and how he had grown his brokerage in such a short time.

 

When she’s not buying or selling houses, Tina loves cooking, home decorating, and landscape design. Catch her outside in the garden, stretching into a down dog with her dog by her side.
