616 REALTY was founded in 2011 by Scot Kellogg, a lifelong West Michigander with a strong foundation in both construction and real estate. Raised in a family of builders, Scot began his career on job sites in 1997, gaining firsthand insight into what makes a home work—inside and out. He became a licensed Realtor® in 2001 and a broker in 2011, launching 616 REALTY with a bold vision: to create a modern, community-focused brokerage that values people over transactions and embraces innovation at every turn.
Today, 616 REALTY is a high-energy team committed to exceptional service. We combine deep local knowledge with modern tools to help clients navigate the market with confidence. Scot is a graduate of Leadership Grand Rapids (LGR) 2023, a member of the Greater Regional Alliance of REALTORS® (GRAR), and an active participant in multiple neighborhood associations. He holds several advanced industry designations, including DEFI, MBP, NAR Green, and SFR—demonstrating his commitment to leadership, education, and inclusive practices.
Outside of real estate, Scot enjoys time with his wife and two sons, playing pickleball, birdwatching, catching live music, and sipping a vodka martini with olives.
