Are bathroom mirrors considered a fixture that would remain with the property?

Not necessarily. The Fixture & Improvements Paragraph in the West Michigan Regional Purchase Agreement references “all attached mirrors.” The West Michigan Regional Forms Committee has considered adding all bathroom mirrors to this paragraph, but ultimately decided not to for the reason that bathroom mirrors cannot universally be considered a fixture. Sometimes even the most ornate mirrors are simply hanging on a hook. Therefore, it is always a good idea to investigate how certain mirrors are hung and, if not attached, reference them in the “and also includes” section of the Fixtures & Improvements paragraph of the purchase agreement.
