How long does a home need to be off the market for the continuous days on market to reset on the MLS?

The continuous days on market does not restart at zero until the property has been off market for more than 30 days in either an expired or sold status. Listings in an active, withdrawn, or pending status do not restart or clear the continuous days on market.
