How should I notify GRAR of a website issue on the weekend?

To report a tech emergency after-hours, please call our mainline at 616.940.8200 and the GRAR Help Desk will be notified. An after-hours emergency is when any GRAR.com, GRAR Member, or Flexmls webpage is no longer working. GRAR email is considered an emergency if it was previously working, but is no longer returning or sending email. Calling to report issues after hours is a much more efficient way to receive assistance than posting on social media. While Staff monitors social media, it isn’t a continuous (24/7) process, whereas calls to the main line to report a tech emergency will immediately alert Staff. ht
