I emailed GRAR Staff with a question re: a transaction and differing opinions that I was receiving from people in my office. I received a response, but was surprised to see that my broker was copied. Aren’t my messages to GRAR confidential?
GRAR Staff routinely copies the broker or office manager on correspondence for the simple reason that our information/opinion cannot be a substitute for the broker’s direction or company policy.
