If an agent is transferring to a new brokerage, can a pending sale make that transition too?

No. A purchase agreement is not transferable from one brokerage to another. The sale would be closed in the names of the brokers identified on the purchase agreement. The agent’s independent contractor agreement with the prior brokerage would then determine how the agent is paid for that transaction.
