In what instances will GRAR send out a message asking agents not to solicit a listing?
GRAR will send a message asking agents to remove a number from their call logs if the person receiving the call does not own the property, if the calls are causing a disruption at a business, or if the listing is under contract with a broker. GRAR cannot prevent agents from calling to offer their services to a consumer who is not currently under contract with a broker. However, agents are urged to adhere to the National Do Not Call laws.
