Member Guide to the NAR Settlement
Your GRAR Board of Directors, along with representatives of the MLS Policy Task Force and other GRAR stakeholders, met last Monday, March 25, for a day-long work session to address the most immediate and time-sensitive issues related to the NAR settlement. As a result of that meeting, certain interim policy changes have been approved and are included in this report. Additional changes to policies and procedures will be forthcoming over the next few months.
As an interim step to additional policy changes that will take place not later than mid-July, an immediate change has been made to the MLS Rules and Regulations regarding mandatory cooperative compensation as a prerequisite to placing a listing on the MLS.
