Scott DeMeyer

Originally from Central Michigan, I enlisted in the US Navy after high school and toured the world.  After the Navy, I attended Ferris State University, where I received an associate’s degree in CAD drafting tool design and a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering technology.  Since 1997 I’ve worked with various manufacturers in West Michigan in the areas of CAD design engineering, but real estate is a field that I have always admired and had a passion for.

My experience is in the West Michigan real estate market, including principle home ownership, condo and commercial developments, and waterfront and investment properties. I have a passion for real estate, but also technology.  I market my listings with the latest technology with options for professional drone photography, virtual tours and floor plans, to provide better viewing options for all home buyers. Knowing that the real estate market is constantly changing, I take the time to research what’s current and sought after.

I have lived in the city of Grand Rapids, Heritage Hill, Kentwood, Lowell, and Grattan Township. My wife and I are currently waterfront owners just East of Rockford, on Big Pine Island Lake.  When we’re not on the water, we head downtown Grand Rapids. Our date nights consist of various running events and relaxing at locally-owned dining establishments.
